Darren’s goal is to deliver clear factual findings and informed legal analysis, enabling employers to implement effective, long-term solutions that help foster healthy and productive workplace environments.
Darren has extensive experience representing individual, business, and corporate clients across the Lower Mainland—particularly the South Fraser Region, Vancouver, and Vancouver Island—as well as in Alberta. He regularly advises on a wide range of civil disputes, acting for both businesses and individuals with a practical, solutions-focused approach.
With more than a decade of litigation experience, Darren is skilled at advancing his clients’ interests both inside and outside the courtroom. He recognizes that every dispute involves a unique combination of legal, personal, and commercial considerations, and he is committed to delivering strategic, tailored solutions that align with each client’s goals.
A lifelong resident of the Lower Mainland, Darren earned his Juris Doctor (Honours) dual degree from Bond University and licensed to practice in both BC and Alberta.
Darren joined KSW Lawyers in October 2023 in the South Surrey office, following his time at a large national employment law firm. His practice includes advising both employees and employers on employment matters and representing individuals and companies in business and commercial litigation.
Outside the office, Darren enjoys spending time with his young family and training as an amateur powerlifter.
