After graduating from Thompson Rivers University Faculty of Law, Luke joined KSW Lawyers as an articling student in May 2025.

Luke grew up on Vancouver's North Shore (West Vancouver if you need a more specific location), BC, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with High Distinction from the University of British Columbia. During his undergraduate studies, he served as Chair of UBC Model Parliament and an Executive of the UBC Political Science Students Association.

While in law school, Luke represented TRU Law at both the 2025 Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot in Ottawa and the 2024 National Sports Law Negotiation Competition in San Diego, making the finals and finishing 4th out of 40 teams. He also served as VP Academic for the Society of Law Students, Co-President of the Oral Advocacy Club, and upper-year mentor. His writing has been published in Policy Options and won the 2024 Canadian Bar Association Privacy and Access Law Section Student Essay Contest.

Luke will be clerking at the Federal Court in Ottawa from August 2026 to July 2027.

In his free time, Luke enjoys photography, playing hockey, swimming, and hiking with friends and family.
