Kai holds a Master of Laws (LLM) from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia, a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Leicester, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Anthropology from the University of British Columbia.
Prior to articling, Kai worked as a field archaeologist and as a curatorial assistant in the lower mainland. These roles helped Kai develop strong skills in research, analysis, and attention to detail which he is eager to apply to the practice of law.
