Labout Market Impact Assessment
A Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) can offer you extra points on yourimmigration process, depending on available job offers, which must be in a skilled,managerial or executive role.
There are three type of LMIA’s you can apply for:
  1. Temporary LMIA.
  2. Hybrid/Dual LMIA.
  3. PR LMIA.

Express Entry Programs
In all provinces other than Quebec, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) may select economic skilled workers through the Express Entry Program. This can be done through one of four programs:
Federal Skilled Workers: Those who have worked in a skilled, managerial, executive role full-time, continuously, for a minimum of one year may qualify under this program. They must also have obtained at least 67 points from personal factors.
Canadian Experience Class: Those who have worked in Canada in a paid, full- time, skilled, managerial, executive role on a valid work permit may qualify under this category.
Federal Skilled Trades: Those who are work in trades, such as carpenters, electricians and plumbers, may qualify under this category.
Provincial Nomination Program: Each Province and/or Territory in Canada (minus Quebec) are given between 5,000 and 6,000 certificates that they can allocate to individual who meet their current needs and demands. Those selected by a province may qualify under this category based on their specific attributes like education and work experience.

Work Permits
Canadian Work Permits provide the legal authorization necessary for foreign nationals to be employed in Canada. There are a number of options for obtaining these permits, including the Internation Experience class, the Reciprocal Employment Visa and the Francophone Mobility.

Intra Company Transfers
Individuals may earn additional CRS points if:
  1. They worked full-time for a multinational company in a skilled, managerial or executive role for at least one continuous year in the past three years.
  2. Have worked in Canada for at least one year on a valid work permit.
