Cameron is a solicitor in KSW's corporate-commercial law practice group. Having joined KSW Lawyers in June 2025, he brings a wealth of experience advising on a wide variety of corporate and commercial legal matters. Cameron advises clients on how to appropriately prepare for and complete businesses acquisitions and sales. He assists entrepreneurs and business owners in managing business and legal risk associated with a wide range of operational matters, including negotiating and drafting various forms of commercial agreements such as commercial leases, employment agreements, contractor agreements, service agreements, and such other forms of agreement as may be necessary to mitigate his clients’ liability risk in their business operations. He also advises clients on corporate governance-related matters, with respect to debt and equity financing transactions, and with the implementation of strategic reorganizations.
Drawing on his experience as a co-founder of a start-up, Cameron brings a wealth of practical knowledge and business management experience to his practice. In addition to his Juris Doctorate, Cameron has completed coursework in small business management, corporate financial, financial and managerial accounting, negotiation, and business valuation strategies. His entrepreneurial experience, education, and detail-oriented approach allows Cameron to intimately understand his clients’ needs and provide effective and practical legal advice.
Born and raised in Port Coquitlam, Cameron has always appreciated the Fraser Valley for its vast outdoor opportunities. While pursuing his undergraduate degree at the University of British Columbia and his Juris Doctor at Peter A. Allard School of Law Cameron continued to reside in Port Coquitlam, where he was able to enjoy the quiet nature of the Valley. Since being called to the Bar in 2021, Cameron has moved out to Fraser valley with his wife, Desha, where they hope to one day own land and raise a family.
