Brittney is a family lawyer who brings a wealth of experience to the KSW Lawyers' Family Law Group. With a background in both B.C. Provincial and Supreme Court matters, her practice spans across a wide range of family law matters. Brittney is particularly passionate about assisting clients with matters relating to child and spousal support as well as property division issues.

Brittney’s passion for guiding clients through some of the most challenging times in their lives naturally led her to the practice of family law. Brittney is committed to delivering tailored and practical solutions to effectively address her clients’ legal needs. Brittney also strives to assist her clients feel heard and supported throughout the legal process.

Brittney was born and raised in 100 Mile House and credits her small-town roots for her empathy and understanding for those who are navigating some of the most life-changing circumstances.

Prior to attending law school at Thompson Rivers University, Brittney completed her Bachelor of Arts in Criminology, providing her with valuable insight into the complexities and challenges that exist within the legal system.

Outside of her legal practice, Brittney enjoys spending time with her partner, their young daughter and their dog, Rollie.
