Job Details

• Ability to manage corporate transactions including negotiation and preparation of agreements, incorporations, corporate reorganizations, buying and assisting clients with business structures and various corporate matters
• Manage files independently and have a good work ethic with strong communication skills
• Manage residential real estate files including purchases, sales and private mortgages
• Sense of humour and a commitment to market yourself and the firm through various networking opportunities
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills with a client focused approach
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends
