Siobhán began at KSW Lawyers as a summer student in 2021 and is thrilled to be returning to complete her articles.

Siobhán received her JD from Thompson Rivers University in 2022. While in law school, she was the Managing Editor of the Canadian Journal of Comparative and Contemporary Law and competed as an oralist in Canada’s first moot on citizenship, immigration, and refugee law. Siobhán was also a research assistant for Craig E. Jones, QC, where she analyzed data on subconscious bias in administrative decision making.

Siobhán placed on the Dean’s List and was the recipient of Dean’s Course Prizes in Administrative Law, Family Law, and Trusts. After completing her articles with KSW Lawyers, she will be clerking at the Supreme Court of British Columbia.

Prior to law school, Siobhán received a Bachelor of Communication Studies from Capilano University and worked in the service and public relations industries.

‍

In her spare time, Siobhán loves trying new dinner recipes, playing guitar, and hanging out with her cats, Frankie and Harriet.
