Pavan Dhaliwal has extensive experience representing clients throughout the province. He has represented clients in Supreme Court and Provincial Court throughout the lower mainland as well as Chetwynd, Dawson Creek, Fort Nelson, Fort St. John, Kelowna, Port Hardy, Powell River, Prince George, and Sechelt.

Pavan Dhaliwal grew up in Surrey and graduated from Simon Fraser University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2018. Prior to joining KSW Lawyers in August 2023, he articled and practiced in the areas of family law and child protection.

Throughout the years, Pavan has volunteered with Surrey Food Bank and Surrey Crime Prevention Society. During law school, he volunteered with the Manitoba Interfaith Immigration Counsel where he assisted clients in meeting Convention refugee status.
