KSW Lawyers is currently accepting applications for a Lawyer to work in our Corporate Department. This is a full time position in our Surrey office.

• Ability to manage corporate transactions including negotiation and preparation of agreements, commercial and personal real estate, incorporations, corporate reorganizations, buying and selling businesses and more
• Good work ethic with strong communication skills
• Sense of humour and a commitment to market yourself and the firm through various networking opportunities
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills with a client focused approach

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in corporate law/solicitor experience
• Team player attitude with a passion and drive to develop a strong practice
